Development of separate internal transport projects in INDUSTRIJAL PLANTS and OUTSIDE THEM, respecting all norms of safety and health at work. (Certified by the licensed responsible traffic and traffic signal designer)
Preparation of technical documentation, internal transportation within industrial facilities.
Analysis of the purpose of surfaces in order to design transport, evacuation, fire roads and pedestrian paths.
MARKING OF PRODUCTION/STORAGE HALLS
Within the production process, in addition to changing the shape of the workpiece, it is necessary to perform moving object work, in order to ensure passage through certain stages of production.
Under the internal transport should “understand” the entire process of moving and handling of materials within the company. When material enters the warehouse company, but until you get out of the company transfer, handling and other manipulations constitute trucks.
Taking into account that the performance of transport operations do not contribute to increasing the use value of the final product, but on the other hand, it charged the cost, obviously justified tendency that the activities of internal transport to a minimum.
Planning of internal transport
Before proceeding to the planning and design of internal transport it is necessary to consider the following elements:
• a system supervisor of the technological process (real or if it comes to the reconstruction of the current situation), and its effect on the inner, transport,
• the degree of automation of production equipment and its impact on internal transport,
• flow of material movement depending on the technological process,
• possible transport routes, respecting existing constraints (presence of already constructed buildings)
• internal transport costs and their impact on the total cost of the production process.
It is only after a detailed analysis of the aforementioned elements and after LASER SPACE MEASUREMENT of the accessed design of the transport system adhering to the following principles:
• The basic principle of internal transport planning is to reduce its scope to the rational minimum.
• Length of transport routes must be as short as possible.
• To shorten the length of transport routes to avoid reverse transport wherever possible.
• When designing avoid crossing of transport routes.
